What a terrible experience! I've been reaching out to them regarding my order, but I haven't heard back. Still waiting on my delivery.

I’d totally leave a zero rating if that was an option. This business really shouldn’t be operating. After checking this forum, it seems like others are facing the same problems. They never reply to emails, and I’ve been waiting a whole month for my order. It’s unbelievable. Instagram lets them promote their stuff too. Seriously, steer clear of this company. Just shocking.

Seriously, don’t waste your cash. My bag was weak and came apart after just a month of using it. The straps were stitched on poorly and weren’t secure at all. Keep your money!

Steer clear of this company. The quality is terrible, and it doesn't resemble what was shown in the ads at all. The zipper on the bag I received was broken, and I've sent a bunch of emails about it, but no one gets back to me.

Total waste of cash since the bags appear awesome online, but in reality, they’re a letdown. The quality is just terrible, and I regret giving my money to a company that deceives its customers and likely backs child labor. I'm gonna try to send the bag back, but I have a feeling it’s gonna be a real hassle.

AVOID this site at all costs! It's a scam! I placed my order on November 1 and still haven't seen my package. I've reached out to them multiple times, but they haven't replied at all.

I can't rate this at all because I gotta share with you all that I feel like a total fool after ordering 3 bags. There’s been zero communication. You get an email saying they got your orders, but then it’s just a scam. I’ve gone through PayPal and all that.

Man, I really wish I’d checked the reviews before. I ordered a bag nearly a month back and still haven’t gotten any updates. Got a purchase confirmation right away, but that’s been it. I’ve tried reaching out through email directly, their ‘contact’ page, and even their Facebook. Zilch. The company’s page says it’s located in France, but other folks have mentioned seeing pages from the USA and Switzerland. Surprise, surprise, it all leads back to China. I feel like such a fool for falling for this.

I made a purchase, but there's no tracking info. I've sent emails and messages on Instagram, but no replies.

I'm getting ready to dispute this with my bank!

I ordered a small crossbody bag, and let me tell you, it’s super tiny. Plus, when I fully extend the strap to wear it crossbody, it sits way above my hip.

Their site claims, "We offer a 'satisfied or refunded' guarantee if the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Just shoot us an email, and we’ll guide you on how to return your items. Once we get your product back, we’ll refund your order, but you’ll have to cover the return shipping costs."

I’ve sent three emails and filled out their online contact form twice, but it’s been over a month with zero replies. Now I’m out $40 for a bag I won’t even use. I’m done with these folks. Order #23977 has left me really disappointed.

I almost chose this brand until I stumbled upon another one called Valentina and Rose. What a shocker! Tom and Deen offers the same items with identical images and models, plus the same descriptions. But here's the kicker: Valentina and Rose has more than 100 reviews on many of their products. I haven't bought anything from Valentina yet. Their items also claim to be made from vegan leather. Now, think about it—one bag is priced at $30 while the other goes for over $100. You catch my drift.

I bought a waist/side bag. The company's site claims they're based in the USA, but turns out it's a drop-shipping operation. My package arrived from China. Also, it has a strange odor. The bag's quality wasn't as great as I expected.

I just can’t stop buying these bags! I've placed several orders and each time, I've been really happy. The bags look great and match all my outfits, plus they hold up while I’m dashing around town (which is crucial for my hectic lifestyle). I did run into a little trouble once with a promo code, but they got back to me in under a day and were incredibly helpful in sorting it out! I’m so excited to check out what they’ll offer this fall!
